Herbal-Qest4 Consultation
A two hour initial consult that consists of a detailed interview and a traditional herbal assessment which includes her observation of the pulses, tongue, and face; plus 3 bio-energetic Qest4 scans (click here to learn more about the Qest4 system). These tools along with her 15+ years of experience working with clients allow her to identify patterns preventing healthy balance including the root causes of these patterns.
Whether you’d like to address a specific health issue or just want to improve your overall well-being, together with Heather, you’ll create a customized plan and leave your session with written recommendations that include diet/lifestyle, herbal, and supplement suggestions. Herbs and supplements are purchased separately (with her guidance) and your session also includes 3 customized bottles of imprint drops based on your Qest4 scans.
Follow-up sessions are typically 4-7 weeks apart to allow time for the client to incorporate their new remedies into their routine and for the remedies to facilitate change.

Pet Consultations
A session with Heather can be equally as supportive to your furry family members. Canine, feline, and equine scans allow Heather to customize a wellness plan for your pet that includes imprint drops, supplements, and herbs. Contact for pricing.
Clinical Mentorship
If you’re a new clinical herbalist who wants a little extra support reviewing case notes and formulas as you begin your practice, Heather is available for practitioner supervision.

Classes + Workshops
I teach everything from beginner’s herbal “101” classes in herbal medicine making and seasonal wellness classes to clinical level herbal trainings. Herbalism is a science and art known as “the medicine of the people”. It is my deepest honor and pleasure to both share my knowledge and lineage with others AND learn from my student’s experiences and traditions as well. The empowerment of knowledge translates tenfold in community. My teaching work is informed by my belief that herbalism is not just a passive healing oasis where something is done to you, but a place to deepen your relationship with the natural world by learning and engaging with it yourself. This is a practice that truly lends itself to transforming yourself and creating community.
Prices vary depending on the number of students, length of class, materials required, etc. If you’re interested in creating a girls night out class, neighborhood class, children’s’ class or assembling any type of herbal class—simply reach out and we can co-create one that meets your needs.
Herbal Coaching

Medicinal Plant Inventory
We will identify the botanical allies that live on your land. I’ll show you how to turn them into nourishment and medicine for you and your family. You’ll receive with an electronic document with pictures and recipes to guide you.
Nourishment and Dietary Support
We will look through your kitchen pantry and then go shopping at your favorite grocery store. We’ll create a weekly meal plan and restock your pantry with healthy foundational items based on your constitutional and energetic nutrition needs. This is a fully customized experience – no one-size diet fits all!
Herbal Medicine Chest
I'‘ll help you create your herbal medicine chest by coming to your home with all the supplies to assist you in assembling all the basic preparations you need. Think tinctures, teas, syrups, oils, and salves. Fun hands-on learning right in your own kitchen!
